NJTMA recently coordinated and sponsored a plant tour between VEP Manufacturing and students at Ocean County Vocational Technical School.
This plant tour is part of the association's continued commitment to building relationships between the state's manufacturers and the educational institutions training potential future employees.
Plant tours such as this help manufacturers build relationships and lines of communication with school faculty and staff while providing students with exposure to the type of manufacturing jobs open to them upon graduation.
