High overhead and capital investment.
Worker shortages and difficult training curves.
Overseas competition.
Ever changing material costs.
The variables of a changing economy.
The list of challenges running a manufacturing business, especially in a high-cost and tax state like New Jersey, just goes on and on.
NJTMA is here to help give you and your company an edge in this ultra-competitive environment.
Our goal is to run events and gatherings throughout the year where members have real opportunities to attract customers, meet qualified vendors and forge meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with other members. We want to supply useful, timely and insightful data and information impacting your company and the NJ manufacturing community that will help you in your day-to-day operations. And we'll work hard to provide discounts on services all of our members need.
Towards that end we've scheduled our first NBJTMA event for 2023: an evening at the Galloping Hills Golf Course for Thursday, March 30th from 6-9pm. There will be a cash bar, dinner and guest speakers from CMMC, NJMEP, Federated Insurance as well as myself. The evening promises to be fun and informative for all involved.
NJTMA believes in the strength and ingenuity of American manufacturing. We believe there is a need and a necessity for a strong, vibrant and growing manufacturing base in New Jersey. And we believe in our local communities and the power behind small family-owned businesses. NJTMA is here for you, our valued members, and we look forward to an exciting and profitable 2023.
